- DATO was established in 2018 in Vietnam, our brand is inspired by the land of Dak To – a place where precious, rich and natural ingredients converge. We aspire to spread the quintessence of local agricultural products, especially spice products, to the global market.
- Currently, DATO is the leading exporter of fresh ginger from the fertile Central Highlands. DATO ginger is cultivated on an area of nearly 200 hectares around Ngoc Linh mountain range, with the support of more than 500 farming households, of which 70% are ethnic minorities. We apply chemical-limited farming methods, preserving the characteristic aroma and high essential oil content.
- Our ginger has reached out to the world, meeting the strict standards of leading international markets such as the US, Australia, Korea, India and many other countries.
- Beyond exporting raw materials, DATO has made substantial investments in an international-standard deep-processing system, featuring a modern 1,600 m² facility with fully integrated washing, drying, freezing, and packaging lines. We continuously expand our portfolio of value-added products such as ginger tea and herbal infused ginger syrup aiming to bring the authentic flavors of the Central Highlands closer to global consumers.
