(1) Raw Material Reception

(2) Pre-processing
Remove impurities: Wash the ingredients, extract the juice, filter, and remove residue

(3) Cooking (mixing sugar with the ingredients)
Cook the pre-processed ingredients with sugar using the following ratio:

40% sugar

30% ginger
-
30% Ngoc Linh ginseng
The mixture is then placed into specialized cooking equipment at a temperature of 120–130°C for 3–5 hours.

(4) Drying
After cooling the cooked mixture, dry it at 60°C for 45–60 minutes, then cool for another 60 minutes post-drying.
(5) Grinding into Powder
Use a specialized grinder to pulverize the dried mixture. The drying and grinding process should be completed within 6 hours.
(6) Packaging, Storage, and Distribution
The final product is packed in silver foil sachets of 10g each (with product information printed on each bag), 15 sachets per paper box, and 40 or 60 boxes per carton box.
